1.1 Arrival times :

Campsites will be available from 8am on the first day of the festival. Arrivals are accepted until 8:30 pm. No access will be permitted after this time.

1.2 No camping on Saint-Agapit streets :

For reasons of safety and respect, it is strictly forbidden to camp or park on the streets of Saint-Agapit. Plan ahead and use authorized parking areas such as Wal-Mart parking lots.

1.3 Camping reserved for festival-goers :

Only festival-goers with a valid show wristband are allowed to camp on site. Anyone without a bracelet must purchase one immediately or leave the site.

1.4 Camping wristbands and vignettes :

On arrival, present your electronic ticket to receive your campsite sticker and wristband at the campsite entrance.

1.5 Wearing a wristband :

Campers must wear the bracelet at all times. Anyone without a bracelet will be asked to buy one or will be expelled without refund.

1.6 Time of departure

Campers must vacate their sites by 1pm the day after the last day of the festival.

2. Campsite pitches and equipment

2.1 Vehicle parking and vignettes :

Vehicles must be parked in the allotted space, and the sticker must be affixed to the rear-view mirror.

2.2 Site allocation :

Pitches are allocated on site by our team on a first-come, first-served basis. No choice of pitch or reservation for a friend will be accepted.

2.3 Available services :

Campsites do not offer water or electricity services. However, sanitary facilities (toilets and showers) are available to all campers.

2.4 Rules for vehicles without vignettes :

No vehicles without a sticker are allowed on the site, even to drop off equipment.

2.5 Incorrect camping package :

If your facilities do not match your camping package, a $50 penalty will be applied, in addition to the difference in rate.

3. Curfew and generator regulations

3.1 Main firewall :

Curfew in the Festival Main Campsite is 2am. After this time, excessive noise is prohibited.

• First warning: A warning will be given in the event of non-compliance.
• Second warning: Expulsion the following morning, with removal of show bracelets without refund.

3.2 Generator use :

Generators are permitted, but must be switched off between 11pm and 8am.

4. Traffic and vehicles

4.1 Prohibition of motorized vehicles :

No motorized vehicles (golf karts, motocross, ATVs, etc.) are permitted. Any infringement may result in confiscation of the vehicle or refusal of access without refund.

4.2 Permitted speed :

To ensure the safety of campers, the maximum speed allowed for any vehicle is 8 km/h.

4.3 Rules for drones and remote-controlled equipment :

These devices are strictly forbidden on the campsite.

5. General conditions and compliance

5.1 Mandatory regulations :

By purchasing a camping package, you agree to abide by the regulations and the consequences of non-compliance.

5.2 Camper responsibility :

The Festival Country Lotbinière is not responsible for theft, loss or damage to property. Children are the responsibility of their parents at all times.

5.3 Camping cleanliness :

Campers must dispose of their garbage in the garbage cans provided and leave their pitch clean on departure.

5.4 Permitted animals :

Pets are allowed on the campsite, but must be kept on a leash. Pets are not allowed on the main festival site.

6. Permitted fires and kitchen equipment

6.1 Prohibition of glass containers: Glass bottles and all other glass containers are prohibited on the grounds. Plastic glasses and cans are preferred.

6.2 Prohibited campfires :

Campfires are strictly forbidden for safety and environmental reasons.

6.3 Authorized barbecues :

Charcoal and propane barbecues are permitted on the campsite.
