Wherever you're from, we've made it easy for you! There are many ways for you to get to the FCL! Take advantage of our shuttle service to get to the heart of the action without the hassle.
Accessibility
FCL aims to provide an inclusive experience for all. A reserved area is set for people with limited mobility, for them to enjoy the shows in the best possible conditions.
Accommodations
Whether you're into camping or prefer the comfort of a bed, there are plenty of options. More than 500 unserviced sites are available on site, and several hotels, inns and B&B are close to the festival.

Where is the festival held?
In the municipality of Saint-Agapit, 30 minutes from Québec City.
Who will be performing at the festival in 2025?

What are the festival hours?
2:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. each day (Thursday, Friday, Saturday). See the Lineup page for detailed schedules.
How can I buy FCL currency?
FCL currency is sold on site only. You can purchase it with a credit or debit card as well as cash.
Where can I park?
Parking will be available near the festival site for $10. The parking location will be announced soon.
Tickets
What is a show bracelet?
The show bracelet lets you move freely around the show site. It’s available as a day pass or 3-day pass. The bracelet includes an RFID chip.
When will I receive my show bracelet?
Bracelets will be sent out a few weeks before the festival begins. Email communications will be sent to bracelet holders.
Is there a presale?
Yes! There are several presales before prices reach the regular rates. The earlier you buy, the more you save. For some tickets, the price difference can be significant between presale and the door price.
Where can I buy a show bracelet?
You can purchase show bracelets online via our Ticketing page. You can also contact our ticketing service Lepointdevente.com by phone at 1-855-550-7469. If tickets remain, bracelets can also be purchased on site during the festival.
Can I buy my wristband over the phone or in person?
By phone, by contacting our ticketing service Lepointdevente.com at 1-855-550-7469. However, the festival does not have a physical box office. You can buy your ticket on site during the festival or directly on our website in the Ticketing section.
Are wristbands on sale during the festival?
Yes! Wristbands can be purchased at the festival’s ticketing booth.
Marketplace or KIJIJI purchase – How do I check if a ticket or bracelet is valid?
It isn’t possible to verify. We strongly discourage buying tickets or bracelets on platforms other than the festival’s official one.
What is the festival's refund policy?
All Festival Country Lotbinière tickets are final purchases; no refunds or exchanges are accepted. The festival is held rain or shine.
Do I have to wear my show bracelet at all times?
Yes! The festival bracelet is required to enter both the festival site and the campground.
Can I pass my bracelet on to my friend for a party?
No, that’s not possible. The bracelet has an RFID chip that allows us to verify its validity. If we intercept an invalid bracelet, it will be confiscated and the person will be removed from the site.

Are chairs allowed on site?
Yes, they are allowed ONLY in the general admission area.
At what time can we enter the sites?
The exact festival schedule is on the Lineup page and will be emailed to you a few days before the festival.
Are shows held in case of rain?
Yes. A show could be canceled ONLY during a thunderstorm or when the safety of people on site is at risk.
Is it possible to buy food and drink on site?
Yes! Several bars and food trucks are on site.
What payment methods are accepted?
Credit and debit cards are accepted as well as the official FCL currency. No cash is accepted on the site.
Are there giant screens and live feeds on site?
Yes! There are two screens attached to the festival’s main stage.
Can I buy artist merchandise?
Yes, it will be possible! The artists’ merchandise tent will be clearly marked on site.
What do I do if I've lost something on one of the festival sites?

Are children welcome at the festival?
Admission to the site is free for children 10 and under accompanied by an adult. Except for premium zones with limited capacity.
Are there toilets on site?
Yes, there are several toilets available at each site.
Are pets allowed on the show site?
Pets are NOT allowed on the show site. However, service animals are permitted.
Campsite
What is a camping bracelet?
The camping bracelet lets you move freely around the campground. You must also have a show bracelet to access the campground. The bracelet includes an RFID chip.
What is a camping sticker?
The camping sticker allows you to park your vehicle or RV on your site. Without this sticker, no vehicle will be admitted to the campground.
When will I receive my camping bracelet and sticker?
If you opted for delivery by mail, camping bracelets and stickers will be sent a few weeks before the festival begins. Email communications will be sent to campers.
Do I have to wear my camping bracelet at all times?
Yes! The camping bracelet is required to enter the campground. In addition, a show bracelet is also mandatory.
Are there any rules at the campsite?

Can I choose or reserve my campsite?
No, all campsites are assigned on arrival on a first-come, first-served basis. If you want to camp next to another group, you must arrive together. For these reasons, the festival reserves the right to move campers to an alternate site or zone if necessary.
Are there any lots for sale during the festival?
No, because the number of sites in the campground is limited. Reserve online to get a campsite: Camping
Is the camping bracelet for a weekend or an evening?
It is valid for the festival weekend, meaning all 3 days of festivities.
At what time can we enter the campsite and at what time must we leave?
Opening and closing times will be sent to you a few weeks before the event.
Can I park my car?
Yes, each site includes a parking sticker for one vehicle in the campground. Additional vehicles must be parked outside the campground. If a vehicle does not have a sticker, it will be towed at your expense.
Can I put more than one tent on my plot?
No, only one tent per site for a tent-type camping ticket. The same principle applies for an RV-type camping ticket: one type of setup per site. More information on the Camping page.
What services are available to me at the campsite?
Toilets, showers and garbage services are available.
Are pets allowed on the campsite?
Pets are allowed in the campground. However, they are not permitted on the festival’s show sites.
Is there a place where campers can get drinking water?
Yes. A supply station will be available on the campground site. This station can fill water bottles and “water jug” containers.
