Accessibility
FCL aims to provide an inclusive experience for all. A reserved area is set for people with limited mobility, for them to enjoy the shows in the best possible conditions.
Accommodations
Whether you're into camping or prefer the comfort of a bed, there are plenty of options. More than 500 unserviced sites are available on site, and several hotels, inns and B&B are close to the festival.

Where is the festival held?
In the municipality of Saint-Agapit, 30 minutes from Quebec City.

What are the festival hours?
2 p.m. to 2 a.m. daily (Thursday, Friday, Saturday). Check the Line up page for more details on the schedule.
How can I buy FCL currency?
FCL currency is available for purchase on-site only. It can be obtained using a credit or debit card, or with cash.
Where can I park?
Parking will be available very close to the festival site at a cost of $15 per day and $35 for the entire duration of the event. The parking location will be announced soon.
Tickets
What is a show bracelet?
The event wristband allows you to move freely around the performance venue. It is available as a daily or 3-day pass. The wristband is equipped with an RFID chip.
When will I receive my show bracelet?

Is there a presale?
Yes! There are several presale stages before the price rises to the regular rate. The earlier you buy, the more money you save. For some tickets, there can be a significant difference between the presale price and the price at the door.
Where can I buy a show bracelet?
You can purchase show wristbands online via our box office. Additionally, you can contact our ticketing service, Lepointdevente.com, by phone at 1-855-550-7469. If tickets remain, wristbands can also be purchased on-site during the festival.
Can I buy my wristband over the phone or in person?
By phone, by contacting our ticketing service, Lepointdevente.com, at 1-855-550-7469. However, the festival does not have a physical box office. You can, however, purchase your ticket on-site during the festival or directly on our website in the "Ticketing" section.
Are wristbands on sale during the festival?
Yes! You can buy wristbands at the festival box office.
Achat Marketplace ou KIJIJI - How do I check the validity of the ticket or bracelet?
It is not possible to verify them. We strongly advise against purchasing tickets or wristbands on any platform other than the festival's own.
What is the festival's refund policy?
All Festival Country Lotbinière tickets are final sales; no refunds or exchanges are accepted. The festival takes place rain or shine.
Do I have to wear my show bracelet at all times?
Yes! The festival wristband is mandatory for entry to the festival site and the campsite.
Can I pass my bracelet on to my friend for a party?
No, that is not possible. The wristband contains an RFID chip that allows us to verify its validity. If we encounter an invalid wristband, it will be discarded, and the person will be removed from the site.

Are chairs allowed on site?
Yes, they are accepted ONLY in the general admission area.
At what time can we enter the sites?
The exact festival schedule is on the Program page, and it will be emailed to you a few days before the festival.
Are shows held in case of rain?
Yes. A show might be cancelled ONLY during an electrical storm or when the safety of those on site is at risk.
Is it possible to buy food and drink on site?
Yes! Several bars and food trucks are available on-site.
What payment methods are accepted?
Credit and debit cards are accepted, as well as FCL's official currency. No cash is accepted on site.
Are there giant screens and live feeds on site?
Yes! There are two screens attached to the festival's main stage.
Can I buy artist merchandise?
Yes, it will be possible! The artist merchandise tent will be clearly marked on-site.

Are children welcome at the festival?
Admission to the site is free for children aged 10 and under accompanied by an adult, with the exception of limited-capacity premium areas.
Are there toilets on site?
Yes, there are several restrooms available to you at each of the sites.
Are pets allowed on the show site?
Pets are NOT permitted at the performance venue. However, service animals are permitted on the premises.
Campsite
What is a camping bracelet?
The campsite wristband allows you to move freely around the campsite. You must also have a concert wristband to access the campsite. The wristband is equipped with an RFID chip.
What is a camping sticker?
The camping permit allows you to park your vehicle or recreational vehicle on your site. Without this permit, no vehicle will be admitted to the campground.
When will I receive my camping bracelet and sticker?
If the postal delivery option is selected, camping wristbands and vehicle passes will be sent out a few weeks before the festival begins. Email updates will be sent to campers.
Do I have to wear my camping bracelet at all times?
Yes! The camping wristband is mandatory for entry to the campsite. Additionally, a concert wristband is also required.
Are there any rules at the campsite?

Can I choose or reserve my campsite?
No, all campsites are assigned upon arrival on a first-come, first-served basis. Therefore, if you wish to camp next to another group, you must arrive together. For these reasons, the festival reserves the right to relocate campers to an alternative site or area if necessary.
Are there any lots for sale during the festival?
No, because campsites are limited. Book online to secure a campsite: Camping
Is the camping bracelet for a weekend or an evening?
It is valid for the festival weekend—that is, the three days of festivities.
At what time can we enter the campsite and at what time must we leave?
The opening and closing times will be communicated to you a few weeks before the event.
Can I park my car?
Yes, each campsite comes with a parking pass for the campground. Additional vehicles must be parked outside the campground. Any vehicle without a pass will be towed at your expense.
Can I put more than one tent on my plot?
No, only one tent per site for a tent-style camping ticket. The same applies to an RV-style camping ticket: one type of camping setup per site. More information is available on the Camping page.
What services are available to me at the campsite?
Toilets, showers, and garbage disposal services are available for your use.
Are pets allowed on the campsite?
Pets are allowed in the camping area. However, they are not permitted at the festival performance sites.
Is there a place where campers can get drinking water?
Yes. A filling station will be available at the campsite. This station will be able to fill water bottles and water jug-style containers
